How Does $125/Month Diamond Plan Treatment Work?
Our Diamond Plan prevents pests and termites in the Boston region. Starting at $125/month*, we will perform treatments 7 times a year to ensure your home is safe from pests for good.
- Initial Inspection: When our technicians first visit your home, the inside and outside will be evaluated for common entry and exit points for 20+ types of pests.
- Initial Setup: We’ll come to your home to perform an initial setup*, whether it be bait, traps, sprays, or any other method of treatment needed to start your program. We treat termites with low-toxicity chemicals like soil treatments, aerosol wall applications, Boracide for beams, or bait systems. Our initial treatments are designed to eliminate pests and termites right away.
- Recurring Treatments: Once your home is initially inspected and treated, our exterminators will schedule seven visits throughout the year to protect your home from pests and termites with non-invasive applications. We’ll also inspect that termites have not returned.
- Free Re-Treatments: Our tri-annual treatments should be powerful enough to keep pests and termites away until well after even our next treatment. Should you still encounter problems in between, we are happy to offer free re-treatments between services upon request.

Clancy Brothers Pest Control is available for treatments Monday-Saturday. That’s right! We will come out to treat on Saturdays if you are dealing with any pests or rodents and want to take us up on our free re-treatments policy. We want to make sure you are satisfied with your pest protection and that includes being available on Saturdays since we know pests don’t take weekends off either.
